HAIR CARE SUGGESTIONS

Recommended Shampoo/Conditioner: Tresseme "Moisture Rich" 

• Before Using: Shampoo and condition your hair extensions/wig prior to installing.
• Brush through hair thoroughly with a wig brush before washing. Make  sure there are no tangles.
• Run a sink half full of water + shampoo or conditioner and continuously dip wig or bundles in water. Drain water and repeat until water is clear. 
• When washing your hair extensions do not massage or twist the hair
• Keep hair in one direction at all times
• BRUSH THROUGH HAIR IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONDITIONING
• After washing, hang and allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel)

Removable Install Lace Blending: When receiving your Removable Installs it’s best to place makeup powder or foundation a shade darker than your skin on the lace immediately around your face to blend the lace with skin. 

• Recommended Amount of Bundles:
• 18" and shorter 2 bundles minimum are needed for a full weave 
• 20" and longer require 3 bundles minimum for a full weave.

EXCHANGES and REFUNDS 

No exchanges or refunds. All Sales Final. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. We immediately start processing your items out of our inventory when you order and cannot cancel orders for ANY reason.

Costs include products, processing, handling, packaging, and postage costs. We cannot distinguish orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each order.

Although we recommend that you group your items into one order, please purchase one wig per order, so that your wigs are not smooshed together in one box. That way your style can be maintained during shipping.
