Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all custom made wigs (special orders or personalized items), clearance items, final sale items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
All Sales Final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, no exchanges. 

Refunds
All Sales Final. No refunds on customized items or final sale items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or items damaged during shipping. 

Coupon Codes

Unfortunately, coupon codes can't be added retrospectively. In order to receive the discount, coupon codes need to be added when prompted during the checkout process
